Community MGT (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of the information we hold about you, including any data collected through Facebook or Messenger.
What You Can Delete
Your name, email address, and phone number
Messages sent through our contact forms or Messenger
Interaction logs and AI coach conversation history
Facebook/Meta permissions and Page-scoped data you authorized
Include the name and email (or the Facebook name) you used with our services.
We will verify your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Revoking Facebook / Messenger Access
You can also remove our app's access to your Facebook account at any time: go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select our app, and click Remove. This revokes the permissions you previously granted.
