These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our websites and programs — including the D1 Challenge, The Weight With Me Movement, our AI coaching assistant, and our Facebook Messenger bot (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to purchase or participate in our programs. By registering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate.
Because our programs deliver digital content and personalized plans immediately upon joining, all sales are generally final. If you believe there has been an error with your purchase, contact us at mtytank19129@yahoo.com and we will review your request in good faith.
Our programs, plans, and AI coaching provide general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes only and are not medical advice. Always consult a physician before starting any new fitness or nutrition program. You participate at your own risk, and you are responsible for exercising within your own physical limits.
Our AI assistant offers general guidance and program information. It may not always be accurate and should not replace professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Detailed personalized plans are delivered inside the paid programs.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the Services, or using them for any unlawful purpose. Program content and materials are for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.
The Weight With Me Movement and our community spaces are built on support and encouragement. Harassment, hateful conduct, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tank System is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Services or participation in any program. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
